Shipping Policy

Effective August 5, 2025

Homeland Harvest is a curated marketplace offering non-toxic, American-made goods from independent vendors across the U.S. Because we partner with multiple small businesses, shipping is fulfilled directly by each vendor.

How Shipping Works

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages if they include items from different vendors.

  • Each vendor sets their own:

    • Shipping rates

    • Processing and handling times

    • Carrier selection

    • Geographic coverage (some vendors may not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain states)

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, but times may vary by vendor.

  • Please refer to the shipping section on each product page for vendor-specific fulfillment times.

  • Made-to-order or handmade items may require additional processing time.


Shipping Locations

  • Most vendors ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not currently supported.

  • Vendors may restrict shipping to certain states based on local regulations or shipping limitations.


Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your item ships.

  • Tracking links will be available in your Homeland Harvest account dashboard and/or email.

  • If you ordered from multiple vendors, you’ll receive separate tracking emails as items ship.


Delays or Issues

  • Homeland Harvest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or vendor-specific issues.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the vendor directly using the information provided on your order confirmation or product page.

  • If you need help identifying the right vendor, our team is happy to assist at support@homelandharvest.com.


Vendor-Facilitated Shipping Support

Shipping, tracking, and delivery questions should be directed to the vendor who fulfilled your order. Each vendor is responsible for their own customer service related to shipping and delivery.


Eco-Conscious Shipping

While Homeland Harvest does not control how each vendor ships their products, we encourage all vendors to use minimal, recyclable, or compostable packaging whenever possible.
