Homeland Harvest is a curated marketplace featuring only non-toxic, American-made products from independent vendors across the U.S.
Because we partner with multiple small businesses, each vendor on Homeland Harvest maintains their own return and exchange policy, and also provides direct customer service for their products.
How Returns Work

All returns are handled by the original vendor who fulfilled your order.

To start a return, please:

Visit your order confirmation email or login to your account to view your order details.

Identify the item and the vendor it came from.

Navigate to the vendor’s shop page (linked on the product page or via your order history).

Review their return policy and follow the instructions provided.

General Guidelines

Return eligibility, accepted item conditions, and refund timelines are determined by each vendor.

Most items must be returned in unused, original condition unless otherwise stated.

Some categories (personal care, skincare, food, custom goods) may be non-returnable.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Vendor-Facilitated Customer Support
