GENERAL

What is Homeland Harvest?
Homeland Harvest is a curated, multi-vendor marketplace featuring non-toxic, American-made products across home, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. Every item we carry is carefully vetted for ingredient integrity, sourcing transparency, and alignment with our values.

Are all products really made in the USA?
Yes. We prioritize products that are not only made but also sourced in the USA whenever possible. We partner only with brands that share our commitment to American craftsmanship.

Are your products non-toxic?
Absolutely. Each vendor goes through a strict review process to ensure their products are free from harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrances, endocrine disruptors, and other toxins commonly found in mainstream goods. 

Why do some products not list their ingredients/materials?

We are human. We are actively working on updating all job descriptions to ensure ultimate transparency. If you have any questions about a specific product before we are able to get to it, please email us at info@homelandharvest.us


ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Because Homeland Harvest is a multi-vendor platform, items may ship separately depending on which brands you order from. Most vendors ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as each item ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future as we grow—stay tuned!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your Homeland Harvest account to view order status anytime.


RETURNS & SUPPORT

What is your return policy?
Because each vendor manages their own inventory, return policies may vary slightly by brand. In general, most unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review the return policy listed on each product page or contact us for help.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please reach out to our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I sell my products on Homeland Harvest?
We’d love to hear from you. If your products are American-made, non-toxic, and align with our mission, visit our Vendor Application Page to apply.

How do you vet your vendors?
Every vendor is reviewed for ingredient transparency, sourcing ethics, U.S.-based production, and overall alignment with our non-toxic, values-driven mission. We maintain strict standards to ensure our marketplace remains a trusted space.

I have a product question. Who do I contact?
If your question is brand-specific, we recommend reaching out directly to the vendor (you’ll find a link on each product page). For general questions or help navigating the site, feel free to contact Homeland Harvest directly.
